Never has the nation been more in need of ethical advertisers. The Advertising track is headed by Dr. Jeff Maciejewski, an expert in both media ethics and advertising. In the summer of 2005, he delivered a paper on media ethics at a prestigious international conference at Cambridge University, Great Britian. He has received a regional advertising teaching award.
Advertising track students master creative strategy, writing advertising copy, designing and laying out ads and basic quantitative research techniques. They have enjoyed considerable success at regional American Federation of Advertising Ad Campaigns competition. Several Creighton students have been recognized by Advertising Age as among the nation’s top minority advertising majors.
